LESBIANISM AND THE NIGERIAN LAW

It is important for us as parent to be careful who our children associates with, our friends? our maids? cousins? uncles? etc, what influence they have on them, negative or positive one.


A 16- years Old teenager ,Kemi  of the Abogun family confessed to have been introduced into cultism and lesbianism by a younger sister to her uncle's wife , she was caught with some items in an attempt to sneak out of the house for her cult activities , she confessed to her parent , following her confession alerted the police.

She said her uncle's wife's younger sister forced her into becoming her partner by threatening to kill her if she doesn't cooperate , she was also forced to take blood oath and also initiated her into Aiye Cult..................CULLED FROM DAILY POST

The Nigerian Law and Lesbianism.

The Nigerian Criminal Code prohibits all form of same sex marriage or relationship, this is alien to our culture and totally unacceptable, the Criminal Code by virtue of the provision of Section 214 state that same sex act between men are illegal and carries a maximum penalty of 14 years imprisonment, also the maximum punishment in the twelve Northern states that have adopted Sharia Law is Death by Stoning , this law is applicable to all Muslims and those who voluntarily consented application of Sharia Courts.
